The Ferrari 250 GT/L berlinetta, known simply as the “Lusso,” is without a doubt one of the most successful and visually arresting grand touring cars ever built. The apogee of the 250 GT platform’s mechanical development, the model further benefits from a sporting exterior that is among the most acclaimed designs of all time.
The 250 GT Lusso is widely regarded as one of the most elegant and timeless designs by Pininfarina. Introduced in 1962 the 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso was Ferrari's latest intermediate model, a vehicle to bridge the gap between competition racers and luxuriously appointed 2+2 Coupe's. Just 351 examples were built between 1963 and late 64.

Ferrari only produced 350 GT Lusso's between mid 1963 and early 1964. Today they are extremely rare and can easily get sold at auction for over $1,000,000 depending on its condition and owner history. For example, a fully restored Ferrari 250 GT Lusso owned by Steve McQueen sold at Christie's Monterey auction for $2,310,000!
