The new No Man’s Sky update, Beyond, adds a whole host of new features to the game.On top of being able to milk and ride creatures, PC and PS4 players can now play it in VR. If you’re planning Go to settings, controller config. Then "configure gamepad via steam". There you can browse configs and choose the one that suits you. Fixed the building thing for me. Just go to controller settings in big picture mode and load the official NMS configuration. I did this Saturday and work 100%. Unfortunately, I don't believe so. My new keyboard has the options to swap WASD and arrow keys, but that wouldn't help you with the other controls. There is a tool that lets me map xbox controls onto another type of controller (HOTAS in my case), perhaps there is something out there designed to remap for southpaws. #3.
Go to steam big picture mode then to library>no man's sky>manage game and then controller settings put it on "global settings (xbox)". If that doesn't work go into normal steam settings to controller and check xbox configuration support and let steam reidentify your controller. The Plum Gate May 5, 2019 @ 10:15am. If you run your DS4 controller via USB, go into the steam controller options and uncheck everything except generic controller support. Start using the controller in game and it will be detected properly ( as a default NMS on PS4 controller binding ). Icons should be correct also.
yeah hopefully they fix the waypoints vanishing, but you never could use scan visor from the ship in any iteration of NMS. so i doubt that'll change. I could forgive it not working in the ship but in Exocraft it would be pretty important. especially with the subs. its stupid getting out of the sub to scan a shark. VEi4X.
